I just had a couple of races on Spa, but most of the time i got rammed from behind in La Source -who isn't- but even before Les Combes! For some reason people just won't brake...
How difficult would it be te make an app where one that crashes another from behind gets low or very low power for 10 secs, except if one crashes into another because one was just rammed from behind in the first place?
No need for an app, MR will get them in the end and that will be them gone from the server for good. If you manage to get names, times and server number, then please drop them on the forum and they will be sorted out. Take care Peter.
Hi horus. Well, i could start an administration regarding crashers, but that's not the reason i log in with AC.
A couple of weeks ago i had a really really good and nice race, with consistent laptimes and i was going to finish 2nd or 3rd. Totally enjoying myself untill some frustrated douche took me off intentionally in the last lap. I was really pissed off and saved the replay in order to nail the guy. However, i didn't because making a video and report it takes my spare time and the reason i'm here is to spend time having fun with other people racing, not being a crasherhunter.
MR is good but it's not direct, it's slow. A simple app that would give a crasher a direct consequence could make people think before they crash. Now, even with MR, there is no direct consequense, hence the fact that i'm still being crashed from behind most off the time.
There is an app that does that, but it needs an admin on the server. Admintool! I know what you mean about the foolish wreckers that cause consternation and disharmony. Yesterday I was asked to do a lap for MR purposes and the only server with people, 18 when I joined, had two that took it upon themselves to smash into me.
So if going around once was going to sort my MR out, those two helped make sure it was totally screwed. It happens and in real life racing it can happen too. Sometimes it is a corker with some idiot taking out half the field, other times it is a mechanical/electrical/hydraulic failure. It can be frustrating, but thankfully it is rare.
billwiskins: No, was a close call and I had no idea what happened but you pulled over to the inside just in time soa ll good

TDS: very hot day and OC cpu went bananas and froze the pc :-( turned off oc for good) dont want a 747 turbine fan for it to not crash on hot days, and the fps gain overclocking is very very little something like 5 fps. not worth it
