As I understand it you have to use a third party program like Fraps to make the replay into a video that you then upload. Some of the guys here have already done this a few times so I am sure they will tell you the ins and outs soon bud.
There is a handy little app that automatically renames your replay file with a time stamp, but you still need to exit the online session manually for it to work. I haven't tried it yet but WallyM (the author) is a knowledgeable chap so I trust it works as described.

TDS: very hot day and OC cpu went bananas and froze the pc :-( turned off oc for good) dont want a 747 turbine fan for it to not crash on hot days, and the fps gain overclocking is very very little something like 5 fps. not worth it
