I have looked, searched and done some headscratching and still NO IDEA why?
Can see the server but on connecting I get this message:
'You were kicked from the game'
No error reports or anything useful in the logs or rpt files.
HELP Im looking for ideas?
Is it a port thats not forwarded? On my home server I forward: TCP & UDP: 2300-2305, 2344, 2345, 8766, 27016, 27900
Is it a port that is already in use by something else on the server?
Is it a firewall issue?
Is it something stupid that Ive overlooked?
Or lastly and maybe sadly and most likely. Does ALOOG need to buy Arma3 full game for the server? Internet searches are in conclusive, but most setup guides have the full game installed and the official page: community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Dedicated_Server states:
Requirements: Steam Account Ownership of Arma 3 Supported Operating System Windows: 2008 or later Linux: (TBA)
billwiskins: No, was a close call and I had no idea what happened but you pulled over to the inside just in time soa ll good

TDS: very hot day and OC cpu went bananas and froze the pc :-( turned off oc for good) dont want a 747 turbine fan for it to not crash on hot days, and the fps gain overclocking is very very little something like 5 fps. not worth it
